Pat, you’ve been more of a blessing to me than you’ll ever know. I remember back when I was your “supervisor”…hilarious! I was so young and clueless, and you were kind enough to not only put up with my ineptitude, but love me anyway and become my lifelong friend. I’ve said this to you before, and I will say it again: I want to be you when I grow up! You’ve made such a full and amazing life for yourself and your family, and I admire and love you so much. 🙂

In reply to Richard Dahlgren. Dick, in my opinion, you are the poster child for someone who should have zero regrets! You've lived your life according to your own rules, and had adventures that have made you into an amazing and prolific novelist in your 70s. There are people half your age that can't claim that! So, embrace those "bonehead things" in your past, because you are the artist that you are because of them. :)

If I hadn’t married my ex-husband I wouldn’t have the three amazing kids I was given…they’re the best thing I ever did and always will be. Yeah, he helped too 🙂

Awesome perspective on seeing how our chosen paths have helped us become who we are and that we always have a choice where to go next.

Ahhh, my dear sweet friend and supervisor, how I loved your choice of reasons. Yes, we all makes mistakes and mine number into the thousands, however knowing where I came from in life’s travels it could have been many, many more.

I marvel at the person I’ve become in spite of my life and my mistakes. I can only say it had to be a Devine presence that kept me from falling off a cliff. You my sweet friend are one of the joys of my life and I’m so blessed to have known you.

Good one Mary. I asked myself the same question. For me, at seventy nine, the question is really tough to answer. OMG have I done some bonehead things. I sorta ignore them and focus on the unusual adventure my life has been. Danger and sweet old love always comes to the fore. You’ve read my novels and will read another. Soon. Donavan, me, and Jude, an old real life girl friend…and the new novel. Same experiences, adventure and love in my real past, the wealth of resource material.
