Elaine, I think you’re right that most of the self help tomes have a common thread. If I would be more mindful of this fact, I’d be better about not purchasing so many of them…lol! 🙂 But I love this: “I engender a feeling of faith, my heart swells, I relax and all feeling of resistance dissipates and then miracles happen.” So beautifully said!

And I have come to the conclusion that they all say exactly the same thing in slightly different ways. You have to have faith. Faith that it will turn out okay in the end It doesn’t really matter what you have faith in, when I engender a feeling of faith, my heart swells, I relax and all feeling of resistance dissipates and then miracles happen. Unfortunately for me this is a feeling I forget to practise often enough and then things frequently go pear-shaped!
